Job Description:
As a Commercial HVAC Estimator, you’ll be responsible for pricing and scoping our commercial projects accurately. You need to be detail-oriented, know your numbers, and represent us well in front of clients. We’ll invest in your growth with company-paid training.
Estimating work will include, but not be limited to:
· Preparing accurate estimates for a 50/50 mix of new construction (mostly plan and spec) and commercial service projects
· Performing detailed takeoffs, design-build estimations, and service repair quotes
· Pricing out preventative maintenance agreements, equipment retrofits, and comprehensive replacements
· Working with our leadership team and field techs on complex jobs to make sure we hit our company targets
· Running all estimates and proposals through ServiceTitan to keep everything organized and on track
· Communicating scopes and pricing clearly to our clients — you’re often the face of Vitality on these jobs
Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Estimator with a solid history in both construction and service bidding
· Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan for estimating. Familiarity with Procore and BuildingConnected is a plus
· Technical Acumen: Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, blueprint reading, and calculating non-union labor and material costs
· Logistics: Able to juggle multiple bids at once and stay organized. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for site visits

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
